Delivery

GENERAL INFORMATION

• All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment, with the exception of personalised products which can take up to 3 working days to be processed. Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed in the first working day. Shipping times always consider business days.
• If you wish to make a change to the delivery address after placing your order, you must inform us as soon as possible.
• Any changes of address after the parcel has been dispatched will incur an additional delivery charge.
• Once we have dispatched your product you will receive an email or text message from the courier with information to track your parcel.
• During sales or during important dates as Mother Days or Christmas our delivery times can suffer from slight delays.
• Orders to the UK: Malu Maiese will not responsible be for any additional costs (fees and taxes) for shipments outside the EU. These will be the responsibility of the consumer. 

DELIVERY FEES AND TIMES

EUROPEAN UNION: 5-8 working days after the order is processed.

• Orders over 80€: FREE tracked delivery. 
• Orders under 80€: tracked delivery with fee of 7.95€.
• Express EU delivery: 48 hrs after the order is processed: 11.95€ or free in orders over 200€.

UNITED KINGDOM: 5-8 working days after the order is processed.

• Orders over 80€: FREE tracked delivery. 
• Orders under 80€: tracked delivery with fee of 7.95€.

PENINSULAR SPAIN: 3-5 working days days after the order is processed.

• Orders over 49€: FREE tracked delivery. 
• Orders under 49€: tracked delivery for a fee of 2.99€.  
• Express delivery 24- 48 hrs after the order is processed: 6.99€ or free in orders over 120€. The request must be made before 10:00 in the morning so that the deadline can be met.

CONTINENTAL PORTUGAL: 3-5 working days days after the order is processed.

• FREE tracked delivery. 

MADEIRA AND AZORES: 5-8 working days days after the order is processed.

• All orders: tracked delivery with fee of 20€. 

BALEARIC ISLANDS: 5-8 working days days after the order is processed. It must be considered that the period of customs processing is not foreseeable, and may affect the estimated delivery period.

• Orders over 59€: FREE tracked delivery. 
• Orders under 59€: tracked delivery with fee of 4.99€.

CANARY ISLANDS: 5-8 working days days after the order is processed.

• Orders over 69€: FREE tracked delivery. 
• Orders under 69€: tracked delivery with fee of 5.99€.
