At Malu Maiese we are committed to producing the highest quality jewellery that, with due care, you will be able to wear for many years to come.
For this reason, all our jewellery come with a 1 year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects as well as any imperfections on the gold plating that has not been caused by improper use.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- We offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase of the product through our website.
- The warranty will be validated if the defect presented is related to the production of the product.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or natural wear of the item.
- Malu Maiese has 30 (thirty) days to analyse the product and provide the customer with a response.
- If a manufacturing defect has been proven, Malu Maiese can repair the product or replace it with an identical one.
- If the product cannot be repaired or replaced within 30 days, the customer will receive a voucher for the full purchase amount.
- All associated shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, that is, the shipment of the product to be repaired to our workshop and the return shipment to the buyer's home.
