For this reason, all our jewellery come with a 1 year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects as well as any imperfections on the gold plating that has not been caused by improper use.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- We offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase of the product through our website.
- The warranty will be validated if the defect presented is related to the production of the product.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or natural wear of the item.
- Malu Maiese has 30 (thirty) days to analyse the product and provide the customer with a response.
- If a manufacturing defect has been proven, Malu Maiese can repair the product or replace it with an identical one.
- If the product cannot be repaired or replaced within 30 days, the customer will receive a voucher for the full purchase amount.
