WHEN CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED ON OUR WEBSITE?

  • I received the item in poor conditions;
  • I ordered the wrong size and want to exchange it;
  • The product is not what I expected and I would like to return it or exchange it for another one.
  • We do not accept exchanges or returns of products from the Personalise line with engravings.

In any case, it is essential that the product subject to an exchange or return is in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use. Otherwise, no exchanges or returns can be made.

MALU MAIESE will not be responsible for any damages that the package has suffered during return shipment and it will be the client's  responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our office in perfect condition. We suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to concede the requested return.

The cost related to an exchange or return will always be at the client's expense, except in case of a fault. 

To request an exchange or a refund, please send an email to [email protected]. After receiving approval of the exchange or return, you must send the product to the indicated address.

In case of a return, once we receive the parcel, the full purchase amount will be credited within 3-5 business days through a refund processed by PayPal or through a refund on your credit card.

In case of an exchange, the delivery will follow the same timeline specified here. If you wish to exchange a product for one with a different price, the difference will be charged by PayPal or bank transfer.

You can exchange or return an item within 15 days of receiving the order.

    We do not accept returns of parts purchased at our physical sales points. In the event of an acquired part showing a manufacturing defect, we will make an exchange for another part of the same model. If it is not possible to offer you another part within 1 week, we will accept the return of the defective part. In this case, the refund of the money is made in the same form of payment that the purchase was made.

    The term established to be able to make an exchange or return is 15 (fifteen) days after the purchase of the product and the presentation of the purchase receipt is essential.

    In any of the cases, it is essential that the products are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no change or refund can be made.
