WHEN CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
- I received the item in poor conditions;
- I ordered the wrong size and want to exchange it;
- The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another one.
In any case, it is essential that the product subject to an exchange is in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use. Otherwise, no exchanges can be made.
MALU MAIESE will not be responsible for any damages that the package has suffered during return shipment and it will be the client's responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our office in perfect condition. We suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to concede the requested return.
Only in case of defective items MALU MAIESE will issue refunds. After receiving approval of the return, you must send the product to the indicated address. Once we receive the parcel, the full purchase amount will be credited within 2-3 business days through a refund processed by PayPal or through a refund on your credit card.
You can exchange or return an item within 30 days of receiving the order.
During the festive period, our exchange time frame will be extended. All orders submitted from the 3rd December onwards can be exchanged until the 10th January.
The cost related to a return will always be at the client's expense, except in case of a fault.
If you wish to exchange a product for one with a different price, the difference will be charged by PayPal or bank transfer.
