WHEN CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
- I received the item in poor conditions;
- I ordered the wrong size and want to exchange it;
- The product is not what I expected and I would like to return it or exchange it for another one.
- We do not accept exchanges or returns of products from the Personalise line.
In any case, it is essential that the product subject to an exchange or return is in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use. Otherwise, no exchanges or returns can be made.
MALU MAIESE will not be responsible for any damages that the package has suffered during return shipment and it will be the client's responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our office in perfect condition. We suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to concede the requested return.
The cost related to an exchange or return will always be at the client's expense, except in case of a fault.
To request an exchange or a refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving approval of the exchange or return, you must send the product to the indicated address.
In case of a return, once we receive the parcel, the full purchase amount will be credited within 2-3 business days through a refund processed by PayPal or through a refund on your credit card.
In case of an exchange, the delivery will follow the same timeline specified here. If you wish to exchange a product for one with a different price, the difference will be charged by PayPal or bank transfer.
You can exchange or return an item within 30 days of receiving the order.
