We do our best to prevent these damages, including transporting and storing parts in anti-scuff packaging and professional cleaning before shipment. In rare cases these small blemishes can remain. Malu Maiese does not accept the return of personalised products in any case. By placing an order for an engraved jewel, the customer confirms that he accepts these conditions.
